5. Local storage (browser storage)

Our application uses local storage to remember certain application and PDF viewer preferences so the user experience remains consistent (for example: language, theme, toolbar state, last selected tools in the viewer). These entries are typically created by our PDF viewing component (Apryse WebViewer).

These items are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Examples of local storage keys you may see include:

• persist-viewer-wc-viewer
• persistsearch-wc-viewer

What it stores: viewer/application settings (UI preferences)

Retention: remains until you clear site data in your browser

6. Third-party services

Some parts of our Service rely on trusted third-party providers to function. Depending on your use of the Service, these providers may set cookies on their own domains (not ours) as part of providing authentication and security.

• Microsoft Entra External ID (Authentication): We use Microsoft services to authenticate users. During sign-in and account security flows, Microsoft may set cookies on Microsoft-controlled domains to enable secure login and prevent fraud.

We do not use third-party services on our site for advertising or marketing tracking.

7. How to manage or delete cookies and local storage

You can control and delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Note that blocking or deleting strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from logging in or using parts of the Service.
